In November 2005, Nickie Riley and Manne White moved from New York to Florida to open Penelope T, a fresh and modern women’s boutique that has the sophistication of a Manhattan shop mixed with the charm of a neighborhood hangout. Having established itself as a go- to location for unique, contemporary fashion in Tampa, Penelope T has just opened it’s second set of doors in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
With two Florida locations, Penelope T remains an inspiring and unpretentious space to fall in love with fashion. Penelope T carries a range of carefully edited merchandise including cocktail dresses, jeans, swimwear, jewelry, and shoes.
